FOOD FUND-RAISING FOR THE 2011 MARDI GRAS EVENT
August 21 -- CINGO
Beignets with New Orleans style hot or iced coffee. (Beignets are like a sweet doughnut. The native New Orleanians would say, "Goin' for coffee an' doughnuts." when they actually meant going for coffee and beignets). September 18 -- CINGO
Shrimp Po-boy sandwich and a choice of cole slaw OR potato salad. MARK the above dates onto your calendar. Enjoy the fabulous tasty Louisiana food before playing CINGO. ****** Mardi Gras committee will sell other foods during the D.A.D.'s upcoming special events:
August 20th (Friday night) -- Deaf Movies
Popcorn and nachos August 21st (Saturday afternoon) -- Deaf Movies Bake sale during the intermission then after the show, beignet will be sold. October 2nd -- Red River Card Games Menu will be announced soon. The Committee will be thrill with your full support of our fund-raising project in order to make our Mardi Gras the best event at D.A.D. in 2011. Mark your calendar 5th of March, 2011 with red ink for Mardi Gras at D.A.D.
